How to guess a double quotation mark? #14

My particular issue is called by a locale problem. Basically, special characters "*@#%)!" can sometimes get mixed up if you're entering them from an unusually set-up keyboard (a keyboard from a foreign computer). Since the strings are specified using double quotes, is there anyway for me to specify double quotes?

I got around this by creating a dictionary file
