numeric chars in label name #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Settings -> Gmail label assigned -> Enter name like SMS2009

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Gmail label assigned to <labelname> is expexted 
The label name may only contain unaccented letters (A-Z,a-z) is actual result

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android version 1.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
A label like 'SMS2009' from the Gmail webinterface or Thunderbird gives no
problems

Also, if you want to backup the SMS to a subfolder, you can't.  e.g. SMS/2009

Subfolders and IMAP go hand-in-hand, but the app won't allow it, you forward 
slashes.
