Hello,

I'm trying to remove the label of the glycosidic bond from the reducing end, however when I select ''normal view'' and remove ''show reducing end indicator'' I have the following image:

Could you help me ?

Thank you for using GlycanBuilder. We have checked with the latest version and were able to hide the reducing terminal symbols.

We have created a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COrzmgNvFMw) to hide them on the GlyCosmos YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCA65wJgUmuqWjQJXxfarT3g).

Can you tell me what version of GlycanBuilder you are using? Also, can you build and use the latest version of GlycanBuilder2 with reference to the README(https://github.com/glycoinfo/GlycanBuilder2/blob/master/README.md) on this site.

I already tried to use the version that you linked me, in this one there is no more the reducing end issue, however I don't like the type of bracket avaible, indeed when I want to use the braket on a biantennary structure with 2 GlcNAc (on the end of the 2 branches) the bracket overlaps with the two square symbols of the GlucNAc. So I tried to use an older version where I had another type of bracket that didn't overlap, but unluckily I faced the reducing end problem.

We have released a new version that solves the problem of overlapping brackets, although it is still tentative and problematic at some angles. image

GlycanBuilder2 can be downloaded from the following site: https://gitlab.com/GlycoTool/release/-/tree/master/GlycanBuilder2

We are also developing a web-applicated version of GlycanBuilder2 at the following website: https://gb.glyconavi.org/ The web app version has a problem with SVG image generation, so please use PNG format for images.
