Describe the issue
The fucose is detected as a beta-L-aldopyranose which is in correct as FUC is an alpha-L-aldopyranose.
A similar problem has also been found for the four structures containing SFU which is methyl 1-seleno-alpha-L-fucopyranoside (2WQ4, 4AGI, 5EO7 and 6YF6) . This problem is not observed for complexes with MFU alpha-methylfucoside. The anomer is not given in the 2D description whilst it is known.
