Review descriptions for Glygen Metadata #84

Review the metadata descriptions in this document and provide better descriptions and examples when applicable.

@ReneRanzinger we also need to create the wiki pages for each metadata

I filled in descriptions, what is the feedback and what to do next?

I am updating the descriptions on the server so you can see them displayed with ? icon next to each field while adding the metadata. But we are still missing some descriptions such as the ones for "experimental technique", "functional annotation/keyword", "has expression" as far as I can see.

@ReneRanzinger will create wiki pages for the metadata so we can also put the correct links in the help section
