Just one tab with multiple properties:

Name of the submitter (no type ahead)
Group, Department and Institution (type ahead)
License (dropdown)
Dataset name (partical match allowed)
Type (glycomics, glycoproteomics)
Paper ID (direct publication and associated paper)
Paper author (if we store them separately, type ahead)
Funding agency (dropdown or type ahead)
