Not able to record does/concentration in decimal #43

Describe the bug Some of the sample concentration/volume (for example) are recorded as decimals, but most of the numerical input does not allow the input of decimal places.

Page Spot page 2, 'volume of solution on spot' under dispenses section

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Spot'
  2. Click on 'Next' after entering the name
  3. Under Dispenses sectioin, 'Volume of solution on spot' -> not able to enter 0.33 nL

@sujeetvkulkarni the descriptors with "double" namespace for the metadata should not be restricted to whole numbers.
