Why is there a UniProtAccession field? Uniprot does not store peptides
Start and end position should be within the range of the peptide.

There is a dummy sequence in the peptide field, that should be a placeholder
Make the placeholder for start and end small
End should not be smaller than start
End and start can not be larger than the peptide length

Do not allow invalid amino acid characters (e.g. Z or 2) in the sequence field.
