Editing of records #30

The my submission page shows the option to edit/update the records:

Do we allow editing of records?
Will it be versioned?

Currently to edit the records it comes to an all in one page which allows to create incorrect information, e.g.; Lipid+Protein+GPI+Other Glycoconjugate. Why not bring the user back to the wizard with prefilled information?

Add versioning and embargo in productive version
When I submitted edits to the record, it timed out. Caused an issue with the site, now Home Page is saying No results found! and My Submissions page is getting the following alert: Alert! exception-error-OTMXCA
