Hi Jeet and Rene, Mike and I had a brief chat with Nuno at the DRKB meeting and we discussed the possibility of writing a R21 or R03 type of proposal to

improve MassIVE search/metadata model to allow glycoinformatics researchers to identify datasets to reanalyze
reanalyze some of the data as proof-of-principle
provide a way where GlyGen users can click on a peptide and search MassIVE for datasets (at least that is what I think Nuno meant) Mike/Nuno please edit or add

Can we discuss it during our next GlyGen meeting and schedule a meeting with Nuno? Best, Raja
