This is Chenghua from RCSB PDB. Jasmine and I just had a brief talk and we are thinking about the possibility of having GlyGen-PDB cross -reference.
To start, could you please provide an example download file that can be accessed through API call? Ideally it will include the mapping between two services, as well as most annotation at your site that provides users with information additional to what PDB provides.
