Evaluate MoTrPAC #1213

Molecular Transducers of Physical Activity Consortium (MoTrPAC) has started putting their data out. Its mostly rat for now. We need to explore what kind of data they have that is of interest for GlyGen. Already know: Phosphorylation data We need to figure out how to access this data and which formats are used. Information we want to have:

Metabolomics data We need to figure out what kind of metabolites they measure. We should get the list of targeted and untargeted metabolites. With these lists we need to check if we can map them to glycans.

@ReneRanzinger As of 3 pm on 4/16, I have reached out to them via the inquiry form on their website, basically asking what you described above. Will keep you and others updated once I hear back from them.
