Missing refseq downloads for "chicken" #1240

Refseq downloads is missing these files corresponding to "chicken"

Please check now. I re-run the script and can see both the files in the new current folder downloads/ncbi/refseq/current/refseq_protein_all_9031.gpff downloads/ncbi/refseq/current/refseq_protein_all_9031.faa

@katewarner ... after you address an issue/ticket created for you, you need to re-assign the ticket to the creator (in this case to me), and also un-assign yourself from the ticket.
