Update outreach webpage #1362

Hi all,

this is regarding our GlyGen outreach page (https://www.glygen.org/outreach/) which we created in the last version as well as regarding some tickets and emails I sent earlier (see discussion with Frederique). My aim is to complete the page with all activities that happened as part of the new grant (at least!). Preferable even back to GlyGen 1.

How to get your activities into the webpage Please use this spreadsheet in our SharePoint (Outreach folder). For each type of event there is a separate sheet:

Paper
Meeting Talk
Poster
Demo
Online Talk
Training
Workshop

Add notes for booths in the last sheet but that is not finalized yet. Mandatory columns are marked red. Do not change column or row orders or add/remove columns/rows. This table will be used with a script to create the correct input for Robels MongoDB. If you have files you want to share for an event (slides, videos, handouts, poster) and they are not online yet, please them to me and mention the sheet+row they belong to. I will put them in the corresponding public GlyGen folder and update the table.
