Plan CFDE integration

Based on the contacts from @jeet-vora (#1390) plan the outreach to the DCC.

They will also be involved in generating data descriptions that are needed for integration of data and crosslinking between GlyGen and other DCCs. They will work closely with Jeet Vora (GW) to evaluate data content and tools of other DCCs and develop plans for the integration of DCC resources into GlyGen and GlyGen resources into other DCCs.

Best strategy will be to have a look at their data to have a principle understand of what they have and how it could relate to glycans/proteins. Than setup a meeting with them and explore a few ideas. It might also be a good strategy to tell them what we plan (see quote) and ask them what connections/interfaces they see.

I have looked at each DCC and learned about their data/mission etc. and am writing emails to each of them to set up zoom meetings.
