I think the isoform url are incorrecte.g. https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/Q9Y2R9/entry#J3KSI8-1. In Uniprot isoforms merged into this entry would be called Q9Y2R9-1 (canonical), then the isoforms are Q9Y2R9-2, Q9Y2R9-3 etc.. These are potential isoforms that are in separate entries so the url should be: https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/J3KSI8. Kate

Bit more of an explanation as I just realised that it's only the isoforms not merged into the entry that have incorrect urls. For example for P14210-1 which has both isoforms merged into the UniProt Swiss-Prot entry and not merged into the entry:

1. For entries merged into the entry - so that's any isoform accession that starts with the canonical accession P14210 e.g. P14210-2, P14210-3 etc. - the current isoform urls are correct because they point to the isoform sequence merged into the entry e.g. https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/P14210/entry#P14210-2.
2. But for isoform sequences not merged into the entry - so any isoform accession that doesn't start with P14210 e.g. A0A2R8YEI1-1, C9JDP4-1 - the url should point to that separate entry. So it shouldn't be https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/P14210/entry#C9JDP4-1 it should be https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/C9JDP4
