Evaluate the use of RNA seq data for a tool using Sandbox #541

Rebekah requested at the F2F: "Have a way similar to GlycoMaple to upload RNA seq data to focus on glycoenzymes that may be perturbed". This could mean a tool that allows to upload RNA seq data containing glycoenzymes. The expressed enzymes are matched with the glycotree annotations. All structures (in GlyGen) that can be made with only these enzymes will be shown as result.

As a first step @edwardsnj will look into the handling of RNA seq data in GlycoMaple to see if such a tool is useful and feasible.

I have looked at glycomaple, am thinking about what is implied for the sandbox.
