Reem from Georgetown University has N-glycosylation data for Sulf1 (ID: Q8IWU6) and Sulf2 (Id: Q8IWU5) proteins from paper N-glycosylation occupancy of Sulf2 in an over-expression system (PMID: 37052463).

Thanks for your interest in sharing data with GlyGen. It will be indeed valuable to the community to access the data you have compiled from literature in GlyGen.

I am attaching an example file with two rows containing the minimum information about protein glycosylation in a format we ingest. Can you share with us a few rows (4-5) of data in this format. You can add additional fields from your data like disease, expression system etc so that we can get an overall idea about your data. We will work with you to standardize the fields if needed. Let me know if you have any questions about the format.

We would like to schedule a call with you, once we review your shared example data to know more about your data and ask other questions that we may have.
