We need a curation workflow to define:

What information to extract from the papers
How to store/organize the information
Where is data deposited

Some piece already exist:

@senaarpinar developed a tool that takes glycan structures in GWS format and retrieves GlyTouCan IDs

We need to solve the questions in the workflow documents and decide which columns a table for glycomics and glycoproteomics data should have. @rajamazumder , @kmartinez834 , @jeet-vora please review and finalize the document before our meeting next Wednesday.
