Look into option to have:

  1. A shared calendar that we can use to add all GlyGen and CFDE dates. This calendar should importable for all (Outlook, Google) so we all have the dates in our individual calendars
  2. A option that we can share our available times and blocked times with others to help plan meetings. That also needs to work for both Outlook and Google and should not show WHAT the individual appointments are just that this times are blocked.

We got some suggestions to look into:

We could have a simple google calendar that is associated with the myglygen email account that could include special dates including seminars, conferences, meetings, releases, deadlines etc. But not have it crowded with our weekly regularly scheduled meetings. We could do a doodle poll at the beginning of each term (spring, summer, and fall to identify common times available regularly but not go so far as having everyone enter all their dates when they are out etc. If you really want that level I will look into it further.
