Ligatures: Support Ligature Caret #126

Ligatures have a 'caret' which is a vertical guideline with a special attribute, and its important to be able to set them up :)

Ah, I didn't even know this was a thing. As I move to opentype.js and OTF input/output, i'll implement their different features in Glyphr Studio.
