lock aspect ratio not working on imported svgs #120

Describe the bug When adjusting dimensions on imported svg artwork, checking 'lock aspect ratio' box does not appear to work when multiple layers are selected

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Import svg with more than 1 path
  2. ctrl+A to select all paths - attributes panel will show number of paths selected
  3. Check 'lock aspect ratio' and adjust width or height - the paths will resize but not retain aspect ratio

Expected behavior Expected to be able to resize and maintain aspect ratio
