公開のリストが前からあったみたいですが、元のPartner Program pageではリンクが壊れていました。これを更新中 #108 に載せています。上の３点を入れ、更新します (with Sponsor)

Updated the Partner List because of broken images and possibly more sponsorship and/or support by other websites. Added the support of other websites to corresponding partners from their home page.

Made a new layout for the markdown table on this page.
~Once this is okay, will change name to list and the old one to oldlist.~
~Are there any other partners that are not on the list?~

Thank you, I added the new members to the list page. Was unsure of some member's websites' sponsors/supported by so left blank, and no about page or the about page was on the home page.
