Add more tracker stats #6

!stats should spew out a lot more useful details.

ie; how many jobs the workers have done, # of client errors, if the tracker has 
been refusing clients due to maxconns, how often work is queued instead of sent 
to a query worker, etc.

Just added a few new useful stats, but I think a few more should be found 
before closing this.

Debating what to add though. Most errors are logged via syslog so they're 
redundant. Maybe # of times a client gave up waiting for a response?
