[Feature Request] Shortcuts for enabling config(s) / reload configs. #129

Describe the problem/motivation

If shortcuts exist, we can make things like "submenu", or to quickly reload the configs.

Assign shortcuts for configs in https://github.com/glzr-io/zebar/tree/feat/settings-ui

Alternatives considered

enable / reload configs by CLI

I have seen #78, so it is also a workaround to use shortcuts to kill zebar and then start it up by setting different config location?
