Thank you for your DataSupport request - this task has been assigned to Jenny.

Hi Graham,

I will have a look at this next week and taking Ado’s suggestions into account I will see when we can schedule it in for.

Thanks,

Jenny

Hi guys

As I mentioned in the team monthly, there are quite a lot of old regular gifts and pledges that are terminated or cancelled but do not have a gift status date.

Even though only a handful are later than 2008, for consistency and to enable reporting to compare years without quite a large pile of cancellations of unknown month/year, it makes sense I think to put an estimated gift status date onto RE - unless that is more work than it sounds due to some quirk of RE or there are any reasons not to.

So I’ve gathered together information on these gifts (including importID) and proposed a cancellation date for each in the green column of attached file. I’ve left most of the working in the formula so it can be tweaked, but basically I’ve suggested:

Regular gifts: 15 days since their last payment on that specific gift if they made one - or if they didn’t, 15 days since they set the gift up (i.e. gift date).

Pledges: 15 days since their last pay-cash ever (note: I can’t link this to the specific pledge as far as I know) - or if they never made one, 15 days since they set the gift up.

Does that sound OK to everyone, and if so can these be added (not urgent)?

Thanks Graham
