Basic template files to be copied to new theme directory.

Those are templates to be used when a user executes nesta theme:create [name] correct? If so, do you not need to modify commands.rb:246-254 (Theme::Create#execute) so that your new files are copied with app.rb and README.md?

Oh yes, I probably do. But I don't know how, so Graham was going to integrate them.
