Adds support for Markdown files with md extensions. #159

Using md file extensions seems a bit more mainstream. Continues to support mdown extension.

Thanks for creating a fun and pleasant CMS! I wasn't quite sure if you wanted this as a separate plugin, but felt it was minor enough to just go for the PR.

I've got a view helper method for creating image tags that are backed by Dropbox that I want to roll up as a plugin. Hopefully soon.
