I'm living in New Zealand (Standard Time UTC +1200) but we are currently on Daylight Saving Time/Summer Time (UTC +1300) but it doesn't get reflected in the Meta date. I have to set the meta date time one hour earlier to match the current time or update the UTC. Here is how I'm setting my meta date Date: 13 Nov 2010 10:20am +1200. Is it possible for me to only use UTC +1200 all year round and still match the publishing date/time to the local time?
