WORKAROUND: From the Jenkins Dashboard, go to "Manage Jenkins", then "Configure Global Security".

In section "Agents", click on "Agent protocols..."

then disable checkbox "Java Web Start Agent Protocol/3 (deprecated, basic encryption)"
