How to differentiate scrolling and middle key left/right click? #129

I already tried all messages and IMouseevents and it doesn't differentiate if i scroll up and down or if i left/right click the mouse wheel (Logitech RX 250). Also i can see no property/value that i could differentiate it. (In other software, for example AKH, it's simply the left wheel and right wheel).
