Manual placement of buildings

When the player decides to place a building in the world, the player should be able to choose where to place it. The placement of the building will be restricted by some rules. These rules will need to be defined. This functionality will replace the functionality described in #3

Some thoughts on how to go about this.

• Grid based
• Split the ground area into a grid (ignore no moveable terrain for now)
• Turn prefabs into grid objects
  • GridObject
  • Width, Length
• Create a grid representation to give each prefab
