Missing autoconf issue #110

Hi,

I am trying to install Jellyfish on my server but ran into this make error.

Any help is appreciated.

Start with the release tarball https://github.com/gmarcais/Jellyfish/releases/download/v2.2.7/jellyfish-2.2.7.tar.gz. It does not require autoconf and has everything needed in it.
