@gmarks-ut Can we assign multiple people to a ticket or limit it to 1 person?

So sorry for the delayed response. Yes you can assign multiple people, although keep in mind there are about 9 tables as well as the survey tickets (make a survey, etc). And each person needs to have worked on at least 1 ticket, so if multiple people work on the same ticket it means someone is working on a bunch of them. Unless you are just doing one ticket for each requirement (i.e. two frequency tables, 4 charts, etc.) then it definitely makes sense to have multiple people on the ticket. So it really just depends on how you are breaking up the tickets. Happy to review your project board with you. So sorry again for the delayed response. Jerry
