What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cannot get camera into into host mode
2. Operating shutter release in live view locks up Camera and DSLRDashboard
3. Cannot display video files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.30.18 in a Rockchip Mid Tablet with Android Version 4.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Camers settings displayed OK

1) Cannot get camera into host mode <- what you mean by this?

2) Operating shutter release in live view locks up Camera and DSLRDashboard <-
will check this when I have the 650D again. Can you explain this, does it takes
the image? Is live view working after the capture is finished?

3) Cannot display video files <- displaying video files will not work. To
display a video file you would need to transfer it to the Android device.

Hi
Answers to your queries

1 "Shooting Mode Selector" and "Camera Mode" Icons are not displayed so
I cannot set up or take any bracketed
       images.
The "Instant Guide to DSLRDashboard" says that these Icons are
only displayed when the camera is in "Host Mode".

2 After installing DSLRDashboard Live-view was selected and the image
was viewed on the screen.
The shutter release was operated and it took a good image.
The shutter release was then operated again, it took another good
Image but this time the camera locked and
DSLRDashboard froze with the last live image frozen on the screen.
Removing the USB cable released the the camera from live-View. I
had to reset Android to progress any further.
On restarting DSLRDashboard live-view was selected OK Then
operating the shutter release locked the camera in
live-view without taking an image, the last live image was frozen
on the screen.
This happenes on all subsequent restarts.

The "Host Mode"/"Camera mode" is only for Nikon cameras.
Will check the Canon code when I have the 650D again (probably in next month).

I could loan you a Canon 60D for development purposes.
