Nikon D600 Delay backwards

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attached the Nexus 7 to a Nikon D600 via OTG cable.
2. Setup exposure delay and shoot.
3. Notice that the 3 second delay is no delay and the other are the exact same 
opposite.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest one on the Google play store.

Please provide any additional information below.

This should be fixed with latest update.
