My question is about the brand of the 3G router that your app support.Does it 
support only TP-LINK routers? what about other brands like D-Link or so on?

Sorry for late answer, my fault not seeing there are more open issues.

As far you can install OpenWrt on the router and the DslrDashboardServer 
(ddserver) package and the router has USB port DslrDashboard will work with it.
You can check the OpenWrt for supported devices here: 
http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/start
