Add bits of Semantic Versioning into Semantic Diff outline #27

Not sure if it is possible. But in case the Semantic Diff may analyse signature changes, plus recognize visibility modifiers like C# public, private. etc.

It would be really cool to see the Breaking Changes (as defined by SemVer) in outline. As a library author I will consider this as a killer feature ;)

From UI perspective it may be implemented as additional filter, or grouping, or something else, you've got a point.
