Move gunicorn to virtualenv #8

This change installs gunicorn in the virtualenv instead of the system. I was getting errors with supervisor and gunicorn when trying with the current setup.

Not sure if this is the best solution, happy to help reproduce the problem or brainstorm other ideas.
