Added vrf support #172

Added VRF support in most calls and implemented it on juniper routers as we don't have any other routers available to test with.

This was discussed a while ago and I think issue !54 also requested vrf support.

Wonderful work you did there. It appears to be clean PR ready to be merged. As it's an opt-in feature, the lack of support for some platforms does not really matter. I believe, it'll be a good fix for #54. Thanks for your help.
