german \ecvlanguagefooter creates 3 instead of 2 lines (font size to big) #25

Hi,

this is issue assumes that you use german as your language setting. I have not tested other languages.

Looking at the examples of Europass, in particular this one

Deutsch (de) - 1

the "other languages" footer is set to a smaller font size, allowing it to fit two lines. The command \ecvlanguagefooter creates 3 lines instead of 2 in the sample above. Could this be fixed?
