It corresponds to \ecv@langshortdesckey. I was sure I saw it in the official europass layout. That was why I implemented it in the first place. But now it seems like it's not really there.
It is a nice feature. Translations of the terms need to be added, though. (This can be done automatically since translations of the different competence levels are already in the translation files, but it still has to be done.)
