thanks for switchr - it has been proven very useful in my day-to-day work.
Currently, I have a seeding manifest defined in my global .Rprofile on which every switchr environment is based on. Now, I'd like to create a set of Manifests for environments that I use often and store their definition on Github, for reference and if I change my system and/or need reinstallation of the environment. I additionally rely a lot on packages from Bioconductor. Can you provide an example of a mixed PkgManifest with packages from CRAN and Bioconductor? I tried a lot but failed to create a working example.
Hope I'm not complete off track with my intended switchr usage.
Best,
Jens
