Powershell not launching from Edit box #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Edit box to use powershell
2. enter powershell command (e.g. Get-Childitem)
3.

What is the expected output? 
Powershell console running the command

What do you see instead?
CMD.exe opened at current directory

What version of the product are you using? 
1.8.2.316 (x64)

On what operating system?
Windows 7 Enterprise x64 SP1

Please provide any additional information below.
