AAclr: show a message when Aero is off #207

As the title says. It's not a big deal but apparently I've seen people 
wondering why this does nothing. Also, maybe it would be good to grey 
out/disable the option to change to random color on click.

Thanks, looks good. I think the Option should be unchecked and disabled too.

Why? you can still change the options for later, when Aero gets enabled again.

Sure, but if it's disabled it makes no sense to have the option not greyed out. 
Anyway, it's a minor thing.
