Aaclr Vista support #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
AAClr does not run on Vista because the API is different.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AAClr 1.0

Is it possible to update it for Windows Vista?

The API is not different but not available at all.

There is definitely another API. There is one app called Vista Color 
Transitions for example that cycles through the colors on Vista. But it doesn't 
have the wallpaper matching feature.

pinvoke states the undocumented function DWMPSetColorization on Vista.
