starting cmd shell with admin rights #220

Hi 
I would like to add a new shortcut in StExBar that starts a new shell
(in the chosen directory) with administrator privileges.

Similarly, I may want to start some program, eg Sysinternals\handle.exe,
which requires administrative rights in a certain location.

There are some workarounds available to create a CMD with admin rights,
but these would require me to make a wrapper for each individual tool.

It would be so much nicer if StExBar would allow to set a tick mark
for running a given item with admin rights. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
    v1.8.3.352
    Windows7 (64bit) and WindowsXP (32bit)

How down the windows key while clicking on the normal console icon - or any 
other StExBar command.
