I cleaned out the existing model file dirs for the notebook working dirs. Also added bins for the three OSs and a little functionality to help decide which bins to use (still need tempchek, inschek and pestchek for linux). Added the pyless freyberg mf6 files incase we want to use those later...I also added a little bit to the intro to pyemu notebook...please check that these changes are reasonable
