Fixed KL property demo in intro2svd, removed the bounds-based prior mc demo, added even more response surface stuff (including aligning the figs with @mnfienen paper), moved to weighting-for-visibility in part 2, added a sep geostruct for pilot points in part2, and more pontification thru out...hoping to use these for the upcoming MF&M workshop...
