@rhugman should we rename the part2 notebook folders to have the order built into the name - so that "part2_pstfrom_pest_setup" would be "part2_1_pstfrom_pest_setup" or something like this? This might help make the order dependency more clear...that ok? just wanted to coordinate this with you (and also has implications for #31 )

Agreed. Was avoiding it because of the risk of future new/different notebook order creating more work. But agree - just bite the bullet.

reminder: will also affect paths in nb_tests.py

Ive added numbering to dirs. See if you are OK with the numbering.
might be useful to add placeholder folders for subsequent tuts?
run_all_part2_notebooks.py is updated accordingly.
have not touched the DA dirs to avoid creating too much mess.
